The JONNY HEPBIR TRIO live Gypsy Jazz in East Sussex 27th April from 12.30pm.
This coming Sunday there's three great opportunities to hear swinging Gypsy Jazz in the classic style of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli!
Starting the day is a return performance at the excellent Trading Boundaries in Sheffield Green, near Fletching in East Sussex TN22 3RB.
The Trio will be featuring the talents of renowned violinist Matt Holborn. It's been a while since I played with Matt so I'm really looking forward to this session with two sets starting at 12.30 and 2.30pm.
The food here is really good, matching the music! A very popular venue in the area and the perfect place to enjoy some live Parisian-style Jazz on a Sunday lunchtime.

With a short break, we'll be heading into Brighton for the next Trio booking at The Bath Arms which can be found at 3-4 Meeting House Lane, Brighton BN1 1HB.
Set in the heart of the famous Brighton Lanes, this is the other chance to hear Matt Holborn at a great Jazz venue in town. There'll be two sets between 5.30 - 7.30pm before Jason and I head off to the other side of town for the final leg of the Gypsy Jazz marathon day!
Our final destination is the much loved Hand In Hand pub, 33 Upper St James's Street, Kemptown, Brighton BN2 1JN.
We'll be joined on this one by fab double bassist Steve Sandiford for an evening of pumping Gypsy Swing music.
Three sets from 8 - 11pm and probably a few guests on the last set. This is arguably the longest running Jazz gig in Brighton, I think the first time I played here was in 2008! Come on down for great home-brew ales, beer and lagers and of course, top notch Parisian swing.
If you're in Kent this Thursday 24th April from 7 -10pm and fancy some amazing local food and drink accompanied by World Class Swing Jazz, then head on over to The Mount Vineyard, Church Street, Shoreham near Seven Oaks TN14 7SD.
This award-winning winery and restaurant is perfect for a night out AND you'll be entertained by the eclectic Phil Brown on saxophone, Jerome Davies on double bass and myself on guitar! There's been dancing the last few times here, which is astounding considering how much the guests ate!
