We had a brilliant time last week at this great festival set in the grounds of the Blackpitt Estate. While a big chunk of the country was experiencing some dire weather, this fabulous gathering was basking in glorious sunshine.
The band played songs at tempos specifically for the Lindyhop and Balboa swing dance crowd. There were some fab acts on over the weekend and we held up the Gypsy Jazz/Hot Club banner with our all strings and vocal line-up, creating infectious rhythms for the lovely folk to get on down to!

PUBLIC GIGS
I have two SOLO GYPSY JAZZ GUITAR gigs coming up this week in Kent sandwiched between a few private Events.
The first is at Ashford Bandstand in the middle of the town centre on Saturday 14th September at Midday for the fab people at Revelation Ashford.
On Wednesday 18th September 7pm I can be found playing Hot Parisian Swing Guitar at the excellent Papa Bianco located at Standard Quay, Faversham ME13 7BS.
