JONNY HEPBIR SWING GUITARIST at a fabulous Summer Wedding celebration recently at Rowhook Manor in West Sussex.

This lovely occasion was the epitome of the quintessential English countryside summer wedding. Set in the grounds of a charming Grade II listed farmhouse, the scene was set for the perfect day for Marina and Athila.

Soon after the couple were married, guests mingled on the lawn and enjoyed the champagne and canapés while I created the ambiance for the afternoon reception.

Mixing up popular swing classic tunes such as L.O.V.E and Fly Me To The Moon with groovy Bossa numbers like Besame Mucho and Wave, I kept romantic vibe going for everyone to enjoy.

A fabulous afternoon was had by all and in the evening...more on that another time!

This weekend on Saturday 10th June at 11am, I'm looking forward to playing a set of Django Reinhardt, Gypsy Jazz classics at Park Mall in Ashford, Kent as part of Revelation Ashford's excellent music initiative.

Next week on Wednesday 14th June from 6pm, I will be performing with Metro Vipers who have been invited back to play a concert for Godinton House & Gardens annual 'Jazz In The Summer Garden' event near Ashford in Kent.

This is a very popular gathering which raises funds for the St. John's Ambulance to go towards all the fine work they do.
