The JONNY HEPBIR TRIO had a great time playing for a French Wedding at Turner Contemporary in Margate, Kent at the weekend. The weather was hot and so was the music!
The celebration was orchestrated by the fab Camille of Posy Patou Wedding planning. Our clients Nic and Clem, along with family and friends enjoyed the awesome views whilst getting through a ridiculous amount of oysters supplied by long standing Margate seafood purveyors Mannings.
There was also a traditional charcuterie to go with the five hundred bottles of wine the happy couple got in!
Here's a couple of shots from the afternoon, blueskytastic!
One more of the band here.
A great day for everyone and always nice to be playing cool swing jazz for a happy occasion!
The night before the wedding, I got Jason from my Trio down and we played a last minute gig at Fez Margate.
A great evening of top notch Gypsy Jazz to an enthusiastic audience at this super bar, thanks to everyone for coming down.
This Sunday 28th May you can catch me playing a set of Gypsy Jazz classics at the Chatham Maritime Food & Drink Festival 2023 from midday.
This is a really popular festival that runs from Friday to Monday with lots of music, food & drink!
Located at Chatham docks, this looks like to be a groovy place to be.
